General conditions
iums.org (hereinafter referred to as Site) is the exclusive property of IUMS (hereinafter referred to as “the owner”) with registered office in Uppsalalaan 8 - 3564 CT Utrecht - The Netherlands. The website has no regular update and no periodic frequency; hence, it need not be registered as an editorial product according to Law 47 (1948).
The following General Conditions of Service contain all the terms and conditions of service that govern the use of the site. By using it the user declares to accept and to comply with all the conditions of service.
Use of the site
The User explicitly agrees and guarantees that: he/she will use the Site in full compliance with the General Conditions of Service; will not violate the rights of any other person; will not breach a contractual obligation or a legal obligation towards third parties; and will not contravene the laws in force.
