2026 International Antimicrobial Resistence Symposium: Challenges and Solutions to the AMR Crisis

2026 International Antimicrobial Resistence Symposium

The 2026 International AMR Symposium: Challenges and Solutions to the AMR Crisis will take place in Seoul, South Korea, from 25 to 27 August 2026, bringing together the global scientific community engaged in tackling antimicrobial resistance.

Building on the success of its inaugural meeting in Singapore in 2024, this symposium was established by leading researchers and pharmaceutical industry experts from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, and China. Unlike conferences centered on the epidemiology of resistant organisms and clinical therapeutics, our symposium focuses distinctly on the molecular mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance and the identification of novel drug targets.

The program will feature a distinguished group of internationally renowned speakers, including researchers from top universities across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, as well as representatives of major national agencies and senior leaders from global pharmaceutical companies. The full program is available at https://symposium2026.imweb.me, along with the poster file.

The symposium will offer an excellent opportunity to engage with the latest research from leading groups worldwide and to build lasting international networks across academia, industry, and research institutions. Your participation would make the event all the more meaningful.
